Amenities

Homeowners will experience and enjoy numerous first-class amenities at The Tribute. These will include:

• Existing Tribute Golf Club. The only Texas daily-fee course ranked in Golf Digests 2007/2008 National top 100 ranking.
• The New Course, currently under construction, designed by Justin Leonard and Tripp Davis, (designer of existing course)
• Two amenity centers in Phase 1. One amenity center will include an interactive spray park, a shaded tot pool and large area with signature play equipment. The other amenity center will include a resort style pool, shade structures, gardens and restrooms.
• Numerous “themed” parks will be located throughout the community (gazebos, sitting areas, cutting gardens, playgrounds, formal gardens)
• Four extensive canals to provide for open space/water features throughout the community.
• Trail system throughout the community will consist of both hard surface concrete trail, "rubberized" running surface and soft decomposed granite trails. It will interconnect the entire community allowing access to the lakefront, canal front, amenity centers, Tribute Clubhouse, and approximately 200 acres of natural open space.
• Wildlife viewing areas/naturally preserved areas with trail access and viewing decks along the water.
• Proposed lake club and marina.
